In spite of economic growth, the common man appears to be more insecure and hence he is in search of quick wealth and fast living. This compelled him to lose focus on Ethics, Values and Human culture. It is time that, HRM practitioners and experts shall have to play new and innovative roles besides strengthening the HRM Processes in the organization. To make this possible, a Programme by name M.H.R.M (Master’s in Human Resource Management) has been designed to develop the know-how and skills in different functional areas of management with specific practical focus on Human Resource Management.
